To the Residents of Northfield Township:

The Northfield Township Assessing Department is continually working to update the Township assessment records. It is recommended that the township assessing department check 20% of the homes in the township each year for audit purposes, so that every 5 years all properties are reviewed. This includes verifying exterior measurements of all structures and taking new photographs.

In the coming few months, field personnel may be visiting your home or homes in your area to update the township's assessment records. The measurements and photographs required are EXTERIOR ONLY.
